Everything about this project, in plain words. You buy a little pixel broker. You put him to work. He earns you money every hour. That's the whole idea.
Four steps. About ten minutes.
A wallet is an app that holds your coins and your brokers. Phantom or MetaMask both work. Install it, write down your secret phrase on paper, and keep that paper safe. Anyone who sees that phrase can take everything. Never type it into a website.
BNB is the coin used to pay for things here. BNB Smart Chain is the network we live on. You need a small amount of BNB on that network to buy a broker and to pay tiny network fees.
All 5,000 were minted on 28 August, so today you buy one from another owner. Two ways:
The Market lists every broker for sale with the level he already holds — levels live on-chain and never show in the picture, so a broker who was promoted keeps that pay bump for whoever buys him. Sort by value to see pay per BNB against the floor. The buy itself happens on OpenSea; the Market just shows you what you are getting.
Or go straight to our OpenSea collection →. That is the only place we link. A “Firm Brokers mint” anywhere else is fake — there is nothing left to mint.
Buying a broker is like hiring nobody yet. He is sitting at home. To put him to work you burn 25,000 $FIRMBROKERS. After that, he earns every hour.
A broker is a picture and a job slot. There are only 5,000, ever.
Every broker is a small pixel person in a suit. No two are the same. They have different skin, hair, suits, ties, eyes, and things they carry: a coffee, a newspaper, a briefcase, a cigar.
Each broker also has a rank: Intern, Analyst, Associate, Vice President, Managing Director, or Partner. Higher ranks are rarer, and they tend to look richer: better suits, gold ties, corner offices.
The number of brokers only ever goes down, because brokers can be merged together (see below). So the supply keeps shrinking over time.
Rank is about looks and rarity, not money. Two brokers of any rank earn exactly the same. The only things that change your pay are how much you burn and the ten legendary brokers.
Burning destroys $FIRMBROKERS for ever. It is how a broker is put to work.
Burning sounds dramatic. It is simple. You send $FIRMBROKERS to an address that nobody owns and nobody has the key to. The coins stay there for ever. Nobody can ever spend them again.
Nobody receives your burned coins. Not us, not the treasury, not another holder. They leave the supply and never come back.
There are only three. Nothing else on this site burns your coins.
Each of those has its own section below with the exact numbers. You do all three at the furnace in The Bank.
Every burn shrinks the amount of $FIRMBROKERS that exists. Nothing puts it back. The supply only ever moves one way. That is true of every burn by every holder, not only yours.
1,000,000,000 $FIRMBROKERS were created at launch. None can ever be added. Circulating is everything that is not burned and not sitting in the treasury.
| Total ever created | 1,000,000,000 |
| Burned (gone for good) | 219,975,000 |
| Treasury (not circulating) | 9,368,828 |
| Circulating | 770,656,172 |
Snapshot from 2026-08-29. Check it yourself: burn address · treasury · token contract. There was no presale and no team allocation: the treasury bought its coins in the launch's first buy, on the same curve as everyone else, and only ever spends them by burning to hire the reserve brokers. There is no locked or vesting tranche.
Burn 25,000 $FIRMBROKERS and he starts working.
Burning means sending tokens to an address that has no key. They leave circulation for good, and that is the point: every hire makes $FIRMBROKERS rarer for everyone still holding it.
Once hired, your broker starts earning at the start of the next hour. He does not earn for the hour he was hired in. That keeps each hour's pay with the brokers who actually worked it.
Every hour, working brokers share a pot of money.
Once an hour, all the fees collected are added up into one pot. That pot is split between every broker who was working that hour. Each broker's share depends on his weight, a number that goes up the more $FIRMBROKERS you have burned on him.
A broker with double the weight gets double the pay. That is the whole rule.
A freshly hired broker waits out the hour it was hired in, then earns from the next round on, so the first pay lands about two hours after hiring. Pay is delivered once enough has accumulated to be worth a trade; small early amounts roll forward, nothing is lost.
You get paid in tokenized stocks (real shares held as tokens) and in USDG, a coin that is worth one dollar. The launch menu: Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon, Google, Meta, Tesla, Palantir, AMD, GameStop and SpaceX, plus USDG. Until you pick, a broker is paid in USDG.
You choose the mix. You can tell your broker to take all stocks, all dollars, or a blend of up to three things. You can change your mind whenever you want.
Pay arrives as a token, and you choose which one. The default is USDG, a dollar. You can pick anything on the salary menu instead — a stock, or FRONG — and your broker is paid in that from the next round on.
Projects can run a sponsored campaign as well: their token, bought on the open market every day and paid as an extra paycheck to the brokers whose owners opt in, on top of the wage. Running ones are listed at campaigns, and the opt-in switch sits in each broker's file.
You are paid in exactly what you picked. Nothing is swapped twice and nothing is held back. The choice is per broker, so one can earn dollars while another earns FRONG.
You pick one of two ways, on each broker's card.
Straight to your wallet. The pay lands in your wallet every hour. There is nothing to do and nothing to claim. New brokers start this way.
Into his vault. The pay waits in a vault that belongs to the broker. You move it to your wallet whenever you like, for free. Only the owner can. One button on the Trading Floor empties every vault at once.
Burn more $FIRMBROKERS, get a bigger share every hour. Forever.
25,000 gets your broker working at normal speed. If you burn more, he is promoted, and his share of every hourly pot goes up permanently.
| Level | Job title | Total burned | Earns |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Intern | 25,000 | 1× |
| 2 | Analyst | 75,000 | 1.4× |
| 3 | Manager | 150,000 | 1.9× |
| 4 | VP | 300,000 | 2.5× |
| 5 | CEO | 850,000 | 3.5× |
The level and the job title are the same thing said two ways. Level 3 and Manager mean one broker. The number shows how far up he is, the title shows what he is.
This is a pay level, set by burning. It is separate from the Rank on your broker's picture, which is part of the artwork.
These numbers are totals, not extras. If you already burned 25,000 and want to reach 75,000, you burn 50,000 more, not another 75,000.
You can also skip levels. Intern straight to CEO is one burn of 825,000. That is the same total, in one step instead of four.
Promotions are permanent. They stay with the broker even if you sell him.
You hire and promote at the furnace in The Bank. Hire him first. The chain refuses to promote a broker who was never hired, so you cannot waste a burn by doing it backwards.
Turn two or three brokers into one stronger broker.
You can merge brokers you own. One survives and the others are absorbed into him, so the total number of brokers gets smaller.
Merging costs $FIRMBROKERS, in the same way hiring does. You burn it to do the merge:
Any unclaimed pay inside the destroyed brokers moves into the survivor. Nothing is lost.
Ten brokers are one-of-a-kind, and they earn 50% more.
Ten brokers were drawn by hand instead of generated. They are called the first ten employees, and each one looks nothing like the other 2,490: different poses, different scenes, broken frames.

A legendary broker earns 50% more than a normal broker who burned the same amount. The bonus stacks on top of promotions and merge bonuses too.
Beyond the ten, rarity comes from traits. Some things are common, like a plain navy suit. Some are very rare, like a gold suit, a golden tie, or laser eyes. Marketplaces work rarity out automatically from the traits.
Every broker has a rank. Some ranks are much rarer than others.
Brokers are not put together at random. A hidden rank is picked first. That rank then leans on every other choice: the suit, the tie, the glasses, the room behind him.
That is why a Partner looks like a Partner. An Intern looks like an Intern. They are different people, not one drawing in new colours.
Here is one of each, and how many of them exist:

Those six add up to 4,990. The last ten are the legendary brokers above.
You can sell any time. Selling stops the broker working.
When a broker moves to a new wallet, he clocks out and stops earning. The new owner burns 25,000 $FIRMBROKERS to put him back to work.
What travels with him: his promotions, his merge bonus, and any unclaimed pay in his vault. Earning restarts as soon as someone hires him again.
One broker goes on stage every day. The top bid at five o'clock takes him home.
Bids are in FRONG. The first bid has to reach the reserve. Every bid after that has to beat the one before it by 10%.
Bid late and the clock moves. A bid in the last five minutes pushes the hammer to five minutes from then, so nobody wins by sniping the last second.
You get 105% of your bid back, straight away.
Not a credit, not a claim — the tokens are in your wallet in the same transaction that beat you. Bid 2,500 and get outbid, and 2,625 comes back.
Whatever is left after the rebates is split in two. Half is burned. Half goes to the bonus pool.
The burn is a real burn: those FRONG are sent to an address with no key and cannot come back. The bonus pool can only be spent by one address, and changing that address takes three days of public notice first.
| Thing | Number |
|---|---|
| Brokers on stage | 1 a day |
| Hammer | 5:00 PM New York |
| Each bid must beat the last by | 10% |
| Back to you if outbid | 105% |
| A late bid adds | 5 minutes |
| Burned | half of what is left |
| To the bonus pool | the other half |
Every payday is funded by trading fees on $FIRMBROKERS.
This is the part most people want to check, so here it is with real numbers.
Every time somebody buys or sells $FIRMBROKERS, a 3% fee is charged. Most of that fee flows to the project. Then it is split, and the split is written into a contract that stays fixed for everyone, including us.
That 80/20 split lives in a small contract of its own, created at launch, with no owner and no off switch. It stays exactly as it is, for everyone, permanently.
The payroll money arrives as BNB. Once an hour, a bot swaps it into whatever stocks and dollars the brokers asked for, and hands each broker their share. Anyone can trigger this. The bot just saves people the trouble.
Pay tracks trading. Busy weeks pay more, quiet weeks pay less. It is a real share of real activity rather than a fixed number, which is what lets it keep running without anyone topping it up.
Everything you might want to check, on one screen.

The important parts are guaranteed by code, and you can check every one.
Every one of these is enforced by code rather than by a promise, and the contracts are listed below so you can read them yourself.
